WASHINGTON, DC – The National League of Cities (NLC) will hold its 2012 Congressional City Conference, March 10-14. The conference is NLC’s annual legislative meeting providing city leaders an opportunity to bring local concerns to their federal elected officials in Washington, DC. During the conference, local leaders will promote the need for job creation, economic growth and investment in the nation’s infrastructure. Other expected conference topics include sustainability, public safety and community development.
